The Miniș-Măderat vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in Romania, is located 20 km away from the city of Arad on the western edge of the Zarand Mountains. The Arad vineyard dates from the first half of the 11th century. The locality of Miniş first appears on a viticultural map in 1212.

Two classic wines
Basic varieties in the Miniș-Măderat vineyard. Due to the basement based on the granite Cabernet Sauvignon in Miniș it is a robust wine, a male wine that is characterized by aromas of currant or overripe berries. Intense colored wine, full of aggressive tannins at the beginning that soften at aging. They come with a sustained acidity and a high blood sugar, with a slow evolution. It lends itself well to aging by getting a specific bouquet. 
Special Edition Rose wine

The rosé wine that comes as a complement in the space between red and white wine. But rosé wine has its own personality.This type of wine is obtained when the skins of red grapes are left to ferment only for a short time with the pulp.
